Have had 4 IVFs (1 clinical preg, 1 ectopic, 2 negative) plus one 1 failed cycle due to no ovarian response. I have had two other natural pregancies which were ectopic. Due to my 3 (total) ectopics, I have no tubes. Plus Im a low responder to stimulation (between 4-5 eggs and one failed cycle)My endometrium lining seems to be normal.
Can somebody tell me if baby aspirin will help quality of eggs, quantity of eggs and implantation ? If the answer is yes, what is the dosage ?
