: Have had 4 IVFs (1 clinical preg, 1 ectopic, 2 negative) plus one 1 failed cycle due to no ovarian response. I have had two other natural pregancies which were ectopic. Due to my 3 (total) ectopics, I have no tubes. Plus Im a low responder to stimulation (between 4-5 eggs and one failed cycle)My endometrium lining seems to be normal.

: Can somebody tell me if baby aspirin will help quality of eggs, quantity of eggs and implantation ? If the answer is yes, what is the dosage ?

Some programs prescribe baby aspirin to all - 80 mg/day (1 tablet) - others only do so when necessary. Low dose of aspirin thins out the blood enabling a smooth flow to the uterus. In my situation I have a clotting disorder so had to stay on baby aspirin throughout my cycle and pregnancy. There is nothing showing it has any effect on eggs. You may want to discuss doing a flare cycle with your RE if you're a low responder and/or add birth control pills to your next protocol. Do NOT take baby aspirin without first speaking with your RE about this. Debi
