The jury is still out on exercise in the luteal phase. High pulse rates are will cause blood to preferentially flow to vital organs and not to the uterus. High endorphin levels will diminish pituitary hormone production. Low body fat (or high body fat) can interfere with ovulation. Nevertheless, moderate exercise is stress relieving and can be helpful. Do not worry too much about the physical effeco of exercise on the abdomen. If you are high risk, you should not exercise during pregnanch.

: My physician has advised me to avoid "excessive exercise" for 14 days after a Profasi injection. I'm told this includes running, jumping and lifting more than 5 pounds. A different physician told me she doesn't believe such restrictions are necessary. I'd be interested in what the prevailing medical literature says about this, if anything. I'm an avid athelete, and hate to break my training altogether. Thanks.
