My physician has advised me to avoid "excessive exercise" for 14 days after a Profasi injection. I'm told this includes running, jumping and lifting more than 5 pounds. A different physician told me she doesn't believe such restrictions are necessary. I'd be interested in what the prevailing medical literature says about this, if anything. I'm an avid athelete, and hate to break my training altogether. Thanks.
