does anyone know about Schoolcraft's complete bed rest for 72 hrs after transfer

I was wondering if anyone knows why schoolcraft, who has the highest pg rates in the US, has complete bed rest for up to 72 hrs Post transfer,, and why the big clinc here don't... Has anyone here gone there???We're considering it..
