What is the best way to determine the timing for a post ovulation progesterone blood test? I had my LH surge on the the 10th day of my cycle and my temperature increased on the 12th day, so I am assuming I ovulated on day 11. Would the 18th day be the appropriate day for the test? Also, would it be useful to also have my estrogen level tested on the same day since it was 77 on my day 3 test. Thank you very much for your opinion.
