I have generally had LH surge on day 11 or 12, and my doctor seems concerned about that as well. However, I have ALWAYS had 26 day cycles, as long as I can remember, never longer, even when I was in my early 20's and presumably had good ovarian reserve. I don't know when I was surging when I was much younger, but presumably I was ovulating on day 12 if I had 26 day cycles back then. I am now almost 37. My last cd3 b/w was FSH 5.5, E2 43. Highest FSH was 6.7, highest E2 was 59. I know my reserve is probably not great, but is the day I ovulate really a factor in the evaluation, since it appears that I have always ovulated on the early side?
