: Hello, my husband was just diagnosed with low morphology. I have been going to Columbia and they recommended IVF with ICSI. This is such a major expense for my husband and I. What is everyone's opinion on Columbia and the doctor's there? Should I be going to Cornell? I'm worried about this factory like atomosphere, but do want the best. There are no problems on my end. Help!!!! Thanks so much.

With male factor infertility IVF/ISCI is usually the best route to take. The three best programs in the country are NYU, Cornell and St. Barnabas. You'll find the cost of IVF/ICSI is comparable at all three. I was a patient at NYU and found it to be anything but a factory but this is my opinion. I would recommend you schedule consultations at any of these three (or a couple of them) and determine what feels "right". All three programs are very accomplished with IVF/ICSI and each has their pros and cons. BUT you do have the best in the business at your finger tips with any of these. You may also want to consider consulting with Dr. Natan Bar Chama at Mt. Sinia regarding your husbands condition as well. Good luck. Debi
