Morphology..man factor..what hospital?

Hello, my husband was just diagnosed with low morphology. I have been going to Columbia and they recommended IVF with ICSI. This is such a major expense for my husband and I. What is everyone's opinion on Columbia and the doctor's there? Should I be going to Cornell? I'm worried about this factory like atomosphere, but do want the best. There are no problems on my end. Help!!!! Thanks so much.
