NYU doing blastocyst for everyone-true?

Someone on the board mentioned that NYU's success rates had gone up dramatically since they were doing blastocyst transfers for everyone. Is this really the case or are they dooing it for evryone with a certain mimimum number of eggs/embryos.

Also does anyone know which is better for day 5/blostocyst transfers--cornell or nyu.
