Can you give me details about RMA. Thanks.

: I hear that the best blast rates are @ RMA...(the docs formally of st B)..they're even doing women over 40!

: : there are or do they do it as a matter of course. My understanding was that clinics did blastocyst only if there were more that 6/8 fertilized eggs sicne all make not make it to blasto and if they started with less embies then there was a risk of a failed cycle since none would make it. If you know anything more about this please let me know. Thanks
: : : mainly to reduce multiples. They told me it hadn't improved success rates, but Dr. Berkeley is very anxious to avoid multiples so that is why they are pursuing this aggressively. Cornell and St. B's seem less inclined to do blasts.

: :
: : : : Someone on the board mentioned that NYU's success rates had gone up dramatically since they were doing blastocyst transfers for everyone. Is this really the case or are they dooing it for evryone with a certain mimimum number of eggs/embryos.

: :
: : : : Also does anyone know which is better for day 5/blostocyst transfers--cornell or nyu.

: :
: : : : Thanks.
