You might want to start browsing on inciid donor support bb. Also St. Barnabas shld be able to answer most of these questions. Here's what I know but I got the info in bits and pieces so double check with St. B's:
St. B's quoted me DE cycle costs about $20,000.
I believe the agencies charge $5,000-6,000 and up.
You get on the waiting list once you do a prep cycle which covers 1.5 cycles. You can do an IVF cycle while you wait.
Once you've done yr prep cycle, you can do DE if you use an agency/broker -- the 6-7 month waiting list is for the donors from St. Barnabas.
The first thing you should do is have a consult with RE, then you have a consult with nurse at St. B's and a psychologist.
Good luck

: Hi,
: Saw Dr.Chen's replies below... have a few more questions:
: 1. what is cost differential if you go with the appointed agency to select a donor vs waiting for St.Barnabas' selection?
: 2. Can I put myself on the waiting list despite trying with my own eggs at Cornell 1 more time?
: 3. What is required at the outset? Can I simply have a copy of my test results sent over to St.Barnabas?
: 4. How much is a De cycle at St.Barnabas w/or without the agency selection?
: thanks so much
