Saw Dr.Chen's replies below... have a few more questions:

1. what is cost differential if you go with the appointed agency to select a donor vs waiting for St.Barnabas' selection?

2. Can I put myself on the waiting list despite trying with my own eggs at Cornell 1 more time?

3. What is required at the outset? Can I simply have a copy of my test results sent over to St.Barnabas?

4. How much is a De cycle at St.Barnabas w/or without the agency selection?
