I know how you feel. My dh and I are getting to the point where we have to decide how many more cycles to do before admitting defeat. I have good days and bad days. Today is a bad day. I just try to get through it the best that I can.
I also make myself sit down and actually write down the things that are good in my life - the things that I am thankful for. And there are many - more than you think until you actually start to write them down.
This is an awful struggle. No one should have to experience this. All you can do is pick yourself back up and say that you won't let it rule your life. Let yourself mourn and cry...but then enjoy your life too. It's too short not to.
I hope that you have success with your next cycle.
