This is my first IVF/ICSI cycle. DX - MF - Testicular Cancer

I had an appointment with RE this morning. I'm on my 5 day of Stims - 2 amps of gonal-f am, amps gonal-f pm & 10 unit lupron pm.

The u/s this morning showed my right ovary is behind my uterus. My left ovary has five follicles with the lead follicle at 14 and the others not too far behind.
The RE said my left ovary is my dominant one but he was unable to determine how many follicles are in my right one.

My questions is, is there a chance that my right ovary will move back to it's proper position and if not, will the RE be able to retrieve the follicles from it?

Thank you for your time.

I really appreciate it!
