Unfortunately, the NY legislation failed this year. We will begin again very soon. Bob Spolzino our legislative council will post an update soon. It was a very long year in Albany and we came very close. What a frustrating place!! I am so sorry to everyone that we did not make it this year. The effort and resources that were expended was incredible!
