OK, here goes.. I am 28 years old. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 1995 (although I never got a menstrual cycle on my own -- not withouth the help of birth control pills at age 17). I was seeing an RE last year who did a full blood workup. ALL bloodwork came back in "normal" range. I was up to 200mg of Clomid...I went for an ultrasound...and nothing. I then had to do a liver function test...but also in "normal" range. That was last September and finally I am getting over the disappointment of all those "negative" pregnancy tests... I am willing to try again. I am reading alot of information on PCOS and insulin resistence. My question to you is: Although ALL of my bloodwork came back "normal", Metaforin, Rezulin, etc. help with Clomid? What are the success rates for women with PCOS w/fine bloodwork? Please help. thank you
