The Prometrium finally worked. Having BIG period now...
Going swimming this weekend, is it safe to use a tampon while having clots and heavy bleeding? I have never used a tampon before so I am a little concerned about it. If it is ok, would it be a good idea to change it like every couple of hours? Any advice would be great!
