let me tell you that dye test hurts. The doc told me to take 800mg of motrin before the test and that should help the pain alot. After reading some "painful" letters on the internet, I decided to take much more (aprox 2400mg) and it still hurt. Much much worse than any cramp I have ever had. Hopefully it won't be as bad for you
