I used to HATE those twinges after every cycle. A constant reminder that something unknown was happening in my body. The truth is, they aren't a clue to anything, I'm very sorry to say. They can be your body's reaction to the drugs, a sign of pregnancy, or a sign of oncoming menstruation. Hang in there!
