...are you right!! I've already had 2 failed IVF/ICSI cycles and am going soon for a frozen transfer. Only after taking time away from a career i didn't enjoy am i finding something that gives me some peace of doing the right thing. Still, it's so early on my new path that i somehow feel all this time i have to explore will be taken away from me were i to have a baby. A baby is someone we truly want but still wish we could be equally as fertile in our 40s (then i'd be totally ready..right:)!!

Personally, i can understand that having a baby (after watching my brother's children upclose) that it really takes a lot of you despite the immense joy he and his wife have to have their children in their lives. They are indeed precious! But i can say (most of the time) that i'm glad i'm not the one putting them to bad or having to deal with the several tantrums or daily crying. It's a tough decision one way or another, but one has to enjoy the present with the hope that the future will be better.

It's a difficult advice for even myself to following, but being in my early 30s, i feel (for myself) that this is the 'right' time to try to have a baby.

There's always a dilemma, i know! lisa
