Firstly ask whether you should consider IVF instead of tubal reversal.
Sencondly make sure that you have enough fallopian tube to condider surgery.
You should have at least 2.5 inches of tube and the ends of your tube should be intact.
Make sure your doctor is trained in microsurgery.
