I have not had experience with Dr. Chen per se but have recently started with Dr. Garrissi at St. Barnabas. From what I've seen and heard so far, the actual Dr. you see in their practice on most situations will depend on who is on that day although one will be your primary. I only had my initial consult with Dr. Garrissi and have seen the nurse since. Her name appears mainly on my prescriptions. When I get to ultrasounds and the IVF, it's my understanding that I could get any of the Drs. Thus, I'd go with Dr. Chen if you are comfortable with her but realize your care will be a group effort.
As for location, the main practice is based at the Livingston office I believe since this is the location of St. Barnabas hospital. To be honest though, I don't know much about their Manhattan operations.
