I don't know if you should change doctors..I think that you have to do what you are comfortable with. About the IUI's..many doctors only do one 36 hours after hcg shot. Some doctors do 2, 2 days in a row after hcg shot. I do not believe that one IUI 36 hours after hcg shot is less adequate than having 2 back to back..but check with the doctors on the board about that.
About seeing a specialist about your breast lump. I don't know your whole story, but if I had a breast lump, I think that I would want a specialist to look at it and sometimes it takes a long time to get into a specialist. Then again, I haven't been in your position...but the idea of having a breast lump scares me and I imagine that I would want the best person for the job to deal with it.
Have you thought about discussing some of these concerns with your RE? I don't know how open your RE would be to this type of conversation, but in some situations, open communication can do wonders. Good Luck. Leslie
