You're not sounding psychosomatic. Everything you're experiencing are signs of pregnancy including spotting and frequent urination. Don't get your hopes up too high as I'd hate to see you crash prior to your first IVF cycle BUT .... stranger things have happened. A missed period and bHCG test is the only way to know for sure. Keep us posted ... I'd like to hear the end (or beginning) of this story. Wishing you the best ... Debi
