Hi Sarah,
I am sure not a dr, and of course with unexplained IF u could be pregnant with all the signs u mentioned, except I think frequent urinating comes later down the road when the baby is pushing on your bladder- maybe u have a urinary track infection- when I get one I am also very tired, urinate alot or have the urge to, u can have one without burning when u urinate. Just a thought, hope u can come back and tell me u are pregnant.......that would be great! Good luck, please keep me posted. Sena
