Does anyone know if it's possible to use a urologist from one facility to do a surgical sperm retrieval in conjunction with an IVF/ICSI cycle at a different facility? I may have a scheduling problem in terms of aligning availability of my wife's RE and my urologist, and want to review my options. (I know freezing in advance is one option. Looking for other options for simultaneous procedures.)
