PCOS can be chllengeing, but generally has a good prognosis. Ask your RE about metformin. In your next cycle a steady stimulation with a lower dosage will probably work. Hang in there. You will probably do well.

: I am 32 year old with PCO this was my first IVF cycle
: started 20 units of lupron cut to 10 at stim start started 2 reponex 2 gonal F on day day4 of stims e2 was
: 257, folical were aprox8mm they cut meds to 2 repronex 1 gonal f. 2 days later e2 wasup to 384 fol. were aprox 11mm on the 3 day e2 droped to 195 they brought meds back up! The next day they canceled me. when the Dr called she said it is very rare for this to happen they've only seen it once before. Dr said next cycle they will start me lower and not decrease in mid cycle. can anyone tell me anything about this. I am just so upset
