I saw your posting on another site as well. A good idea would be to inquire from your insurance company (if she accepts your insurance), they will have her phone number at least, and perhaps even an address. Try Castle Connolly guides. They have the top 10% of doctors in your state by category. Florida has just been included on the listing. If you cannot find her in either above, i would think she's at least in a big city if a lot of patients see her: Miami/fort lauderdale, West Palm Beach, etc. Another good source is www.asrm.org/ I can't think of any other way, other than florida yellow pages.
