but suggest you repost yr question to dr. What protocol were you on? Did you get cancelled and what explanation did RE give? A sign of diminished ovarian reserve is a low number of follicles. You do hear of follicles been hidden behind other internal organs so perhaps that is what has happened. Good luck

: My cycle is about to be cancelled as most of my follicles have disappeared and my E2 levels are going up very slowly. Is this a sign of poor ovarian reserve. Would it help doing a no lupron protocol.
