: Theresa,
: Sorry that I couldn't answer yur question sooner.

: I do not have a preference for antagon for poor responders. Antagon is a new choice, we are just starting to learn what it's applications will be. It may be great or terrible, we will know soon, but we don't know yet. We have to wait and learn together. Meanwhile, use a protocol that your doctors are familiar with. If you are a poor reponder and decide to use antagon you are participating in an experiment. Though there is reason to believe that the experiment may work... so far we don't know.
: Good luck.

: Dr. Barad
: : Hi Dr. Barad,

: : Thanks for last reply. I did some research on Antagon and I'm very interested in why you seem to prefer it over flare protocol. What do you see as it's advantages, and have there been any completed studies comparing them? Is it that you think Antagon is a better medication for all IVF patients or do you think it has particularly value to those whose hormone levels maybe oversuppressed by Lupron and why?

: : Many thanks in advance for your reply.
