You are definitely not crazy. I'm doing an IVF cycle right now and I was feeling "twinging" and stuff, and when I went for my u/s - I had NO follicles.
I now have several on each side - and it feels heavy and very twingy.
You know your body and when something is different - don't let anyone tell you it's in your head.
