Hi Dawn,
NO you're not crazy and it's not in your head. As small as they are these additional follicles can make you feel heavier, bloated and premenstural. Meanwhile - if it were you're husband (or any of our husbands) going through this THEY would probably be complaining that they were in horrible pain and need to stay in bed (ha, ha, ha) Good luck on your cycle.
