I'd say 'Baby'! Oh they're too much work, etc., and quote examples of friends children (some of whom are real brats!). It works in my case because i haven't been married for long (well long enough to want a child:) and noone in my family knows of IF. However, you can 'customize' your lines to make yourself feel comfortable with your answer without giving away the fact that you ARE going through IF. It's your life, and you don't need to reveal anything that you don't want to. Besides the more you volunteer, the more questions posed on you by people who really cannot begin to understand your journey through this (sometimes to make myself feel better, i say to myself, 'I have a secret and YOU are not invited to share:) If anything it brings a smile to my face, and it's my duty to keep myself as much stress free as i can.
