I am 40 and have just had my first IUI using clomid (100mg for 5 days). I have normal day 3 levels, low FSH (7) and low E2 (21) and have no other causes of infertility. I had many follicles but only one grew large enough, the rest were all around 10mm. Is this a bad sign?
What are the odds of this working this time given the facts? Will I have a better chance doing IVF? Am I wasting my time with IUI because of my age?
