I agree with Theresa, why go public if you are not going to be truthful with the whole story. These medical reporters (some of them) can be a gullible group too. Some of the stories I see on the news related to healthcare issues have a lot of gaps and flaws in them. Also, if she is using her own eggs, then why the surrogate???? Did she have her uterus removed? I agree with open communication but outright lies are phony and ridiculous. ALso a few celebrities use their pregnancies and children like they are the latest fashion accessory. I think she should be more honest or do not call a press conference to announce some half truths. This just hurts those of us who are really suffering with infertility... it gives our friends that opening of "well if Cheryl Tiegs can have twins at 52 with her own eggs then there is hope for you too" . On the other hand I wish her the best of luck.... Everyone deserves some happiness. Also, she may be the victim here and someone invaded her privacy which is a terrible thing to happen. Everyone does not have t he right to know about celebrities personal life stuggles and shame on the person who leaked this story (if that is what actually happened).
