The CDC publishes a report which gives statistics -- but the best way is probably by word of mouth -- It helps to know where you live -- if in major metro area you have choices - in less populated areas you don't always have a choice unless you are willing to travel. My understanding in the NY area Cornell, St. Barnabus and NYU are very highly regarded (which does not mean that others are not) also the bigger clinics have other issues, like overcrowding and impersonalization) There are alot of postings on this board about different clinics which you can read. Fertile Thoughts has a chat room and you can find people there who have their own experiences. It is probably as important to know the clinics you don't want to go as much as the good ones.
