: I was just wondering if anyone can help me understand al little about ovulation. My question is, if one ovulates every month, and if they don't, would they get their period? In other words, would a period come if there was no ovulation?
: Thanks in Advance for your answers!
You do get your period, but it is not exactly the same as if you had ovulated. When you ovulate, your period starts when your follicle (corpus lutem?) stops producing progesterone. When you do not ovulate, your period starts when your body resumes producing estrogen. (I think).
