While IUI may be necessary because of the poor cervical mucous seen with clomid, I am not sure why you are not getting pregnant. How is your FSH? Have antiphospholipid antibodies, thyroid and prolactin been addressed? How is your luteal phase?
In general, clomid should be abandoned after 3- 6 cycles. Many cases like yours are due to relative egg quality problems, but at your age almost all patients will have good eggs at some point. You may need more aggressive ovulation induction if you do not conceive soon.

: I have posted here before. I"m 26 with normal lap, hsg, post coital. Dh has normal s/a. I have been ttc 21 months and got pg 13 months ago but had a blighted ovum. Since then haven't been able to get pg. I have had 5 cycles of clomid and my doctor has said that next month we should try iui.
