I agree with Dr. Barad. I'm 31, and in each of my 2 failed IVF/ICSI cycles, i was given 3 (first time) and 3.5 amps for a few days, AND i'm a good responder. Therefore, i would think that you'd definitely need a higher dosage (depending on your diagnosis of course). I've known women your age take upto 9 amps Gonal-F, but again it depended on their diagnosis. Good luck with future cycle(s).
