Hi. My follicles grow so slowly, and while I know that is not a bad thing generally, I am wondering if it means anything. In my first IVF cycle, I stimulated for 12 days, my hCG shot was on my day 15, they retrieved 24 eggs, 18 fertilized and 2 made it to a blastocyst transfer. In my second IVF cycle, it looks like I will stimulate for 13 days and my hCG shot will be on my day 16. Does my follicles growing slowly have anything do to with my FSH being on the high side, around 9 or 10 on the NYU scale? Is there a correlation between follicles growing slowly and chromosomal abnormalities (since last time only 2 of my 18 embryos made it to transfer)? Thanks so much for your time.
