I'm surprised about the poor repsonse you've gotten from the office. If you liked the Dr. I'd email him and let him know about your expereince, (I'm quite sure that he reads the emails himself, and even if he doesn't, you gotta get the service you deserve.) I bet you, it'll get things moving.

did you ever visit their site? I beleive dr shclegel's email address is there (in case it's not on his business card), but also give him a few days to answer the email, I don't think they read it on a daily basis.
