Adhesions themselves aren't painful.. If they pull on other organs they can lead to discomfort. It's normal to have some post-op pain.
It sounds like you are worried that the surgery is not going to help you. You should raise that concern with your physician and get a better idea of what was accomplished at your surgery.
I'm sure that you will be reassured by what you are told.

: i recently had a lap done where adhesions from endo were removed. i don't know if its me going crazy with every little pain i have, but can you feel adhesions growing back?
: would you be able to feel adhesions anyway?
