In general, it shouldn't make a difference where you inject the medications, even if you had a C-section. Ask your Dr. if he or she knows of any reason why you shouldn't inject whereever you find it most comfortable to do so.

: I need to know if there is an effectiveness difference in where you give yourself the shots. I have a son from a previous succesful IVF and I injected the Lupron and Follistim in my stomach - pg and a C section have left me rather soft and large in the stomach area and I am afraid that the medications won't be as effective if I give myself the shots there. Is the leg better or can I give in my stomach. Believe oit or not Iwould prefer stomach but will do whatever is most efficacious
