Sara, Theresa and Renee,
Infertility can be a very isolating experience. You have to use all of your emotional resources just to get through the day. I think posting on this AIA message board is one way to get by. Sometimes just ventilating your feeling will help you get through the day. However if you need more help, you should seek it out. Counseling by a therapist, clergy, or profesional counselor can help. Speak to your RE about counseling services available in your area. You can also seek counselors through the AIA or other organizations such as Resolve.
Now on to the good news. Your RE has very effective strategies for helping couples with male factor infertility problems. Speak to your RE about IUI, IVF and ICSI. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how good your chances of success are with these procedures.
Keep up hope. You can only succeed if you try.

: I understand exactly how you feel. My testing came back ok, but my husband also has a very low sperm count and most are abnormal. It seems like everyone around me is getting pregnant. If I here one more person say that were trying too hard and should relax and quit trying so hard I think I may lock myself in a room and scream. Hang in there!!!
