: Transferred on Saturday, and had 5, 6, 7, and 8 cell embies to go back. It was really smooth and easy compared to retrieval. Lucinda Veecks the head embryologist at Cornell came out and was so warm and sweet, telling me how well I'd done. When I actually felt it was the lab and ICSI that had performed the miracle. So, now I wait. They give you a picture of the embryos which are on the fridge and it just seems so real, and therefore scary. I am trying to stay calm, quiet and hopeful, and pray for the strength for whatever happens. It is sooo hard how out of our hands it really is. But I am grateful for the chance to try, and realise I am very lucky to be able to do IVF both financially and biologically.
