Has anyone heard of the Hope for Children Act? I heard through the grapevine (so I don't know if this is accurate) that currently there is some kind of tax break, $5,000 when a person adopts....BUT this is only valid until 12/01. So..apparently there is a bill "stuck in committee" that is trying to make a permanent tax break that is more than the $5000? Does anyone have any more information about this. It this is true..this really blows. Gosh, it would be nice if infertile couples could get a break somewhere. Does anyone have more information about this? Leslie
