Yes, I can relate having POF diagnosed at 39 and going into full menopause immediately. A Resolve support group helped a lot. There are more women than you could imagine who are going through the same thing. One of the hardest aspects is realizing that your choices to have a family are limited to donor egg or adoption. I wish you luck and peace as you come to terms with this devastating diagnosis. Martha G
