I had a miscarraige after IVF last Fall. It was a devastating experience and one of the lowest times in my life. It took me some time to get through it - which I did! And you will too! I didn't want to see or talk to anyone, because inevitably they said something that made me upset. Your friends who have not experienced what you are going through have no way to understand how you feel.
What got me through was seeing a counselor (which I strongly recommend) and finding this message board. It helps you feel like you're not alone.
Hang in there. You will make it. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
PS - One of the best pieces of advise my counselor gave me was to do something small for myself every day. It really helps. (To give you an idea - to take a warm bath, do your nails, whatever makes you feel good.)
