I think you are asking me questions that only you can answer. At 43, each IVF gives you only a small chance of success. Only you can say if that small chance is enough for you to try again.

: Dear Dr. Barad: Again thank you for responding so promptly. After both twin pregnancies with IVF, I have since had 5 which now brings me to a grand total of 7. My husband has a very low sperm count which is the reason for the IVF's because we need ICSI each time.After 5 failed cycles do you think it is not worth trying again? I am concerned about the bone loss efects of Lupron and other factors as well. Have you ever heard of any natural pregnancies occuring with a enormously immotile sperm count? Also should I stop the IVF's? I can't thank you enough. Audrey
